There are several ways to take awesome selfies with this drone. First, the most basic one is to let Dobby takeoff and then snap a selfie once you’ve adjusted it to your desired height and angle. Make sure that you’ve set up the EIS angle in the DO FUN app correspondingly to the actual camera’s angle used for the selfie.

With the tagline #myflyingcamera, it’s obvious this is aimed at those wanting to take selfies with a difference (“dronies”, apparently). It comes with a “follow me” mode, for the real narcissists among us, which allows you to catch yourself from every angle.

1. The stability mode now the stability mode is great for people who are starting out in this mode the flight controller restricts how much you can pitch and roll so it makes for much smoother calmer flight especially when you’re starting out, when you’re in the stability mode the LED on the quadcopter burns a solid blue.

The biggest selling point of this drone is its visual positioning system which relies on dual navigation from GPS and GLONASS. This will ensure it has pinpoint accuracy whether its flying indoor or outdoor, especially when combined with features such as auto return to home, lost connection protection and one-click media sharing. All of these features might seem boring at first, but if you end up buying this drone, you will realize just how useful they really are.

The camera specs and the gimbal are quite similar to what the Mavic’s big brother, the phantom 4 offers, except in a smaller form factor. The two camera shoot brilliant 4K videos and 12 megapixel stills. The only downside of the Mavic’s camera is that it is not as wide angle as the Phantom 4.

Features are always on point when it comes to MJX drones. X708W possesses a fair share, that’s for sure. In addition to WiFi FPV, this little fella also sports headless mode, 2-speed modes, and one key return. Not bad from a drone that costs less than $50, right?

Wi-Fi Camera: The live video will be shown on your phone by WIFI, the pictures and video store in your phone, so it`s easy to share them with your friend. Camera Pixels: 2MP Video Resolution: 720P. Mode: In this mode, the drone flies to any direction you want even though you do not know its orientation. G-sensor Control: the G-sensor mode enables the small Quadcopter to follow the way you move your Smartphone. Mobile Control: Control the drone with a smart phone in the App to activate multiple functions. This drone has no remote controller and it just can be use with your phone by connecting Wi-Fi. Functions: 3D rollover,Camera,Forward/backward,FPV,Gravity Sense Control, Headless Mode, One Key Taking Off, Sideward flight, Turn left/right, Up/down, Wi-Fi Connection, With light. Aerial Show: It is capable of carrying out 360-degree rotations towards various directions with amazing agility. HD CAMERA: Allows recording higher quality video or taking clearer images. Capture your friends and family from aerial view shots and see the world from a new angle.

In addition to a high quality camera, good drone models also have numerous security features that facilitate the flying and help avoiding accidents. These include, for example, sensors that detect obstacles in the air. Very helpful are also automatic flight assistants. They ensure that the drone returns to its starting point if it encounters problems, or lands safely when the battery is empty. Intelligent drones also detect if there are no-fly zones – for example in the vicinity of airports.

is the upgraded version of Bebop. Bebop 2 has a built-in 14MP FPV camera capable of recording at 3072p 30fps. Camera lso has a fish-eye lens 170º view. Bebop 2 can see practically everything before it; far left, right, above and underneath. Camera also functions with FPV (real time video transmission) it is displayed directly on the pilot’s tablet device through WiFi connection, FreeFlight 3 app is available for both Android and iOS. Through a paid app you can also get FlightPlan for pre-programmed flights. Control distance is a good 300 meters (2000 meters if Skycontroller Black transmitter is bought separately).

The Spark, a brand-new miniature by DJI has just been officially unveiled. Now, even though you still cannot buy it (UPDATE : you can order it now), it still deserves a special spot on this list just because it’s so damn awesome. It’s practically the size of a phablet and it fits into virtually all backpacks, handbags and even smallest purses. Is size the only thing the Spark excels at? Not by a long shot…

But, despite its ridiculous size, this drone has quite a lot of power underneath the hood. You see, it sports a powerful 1480mAh 11.4V 3S LiPo battery which can power it up to 15 minutes of active flying. While this is nowhere near, let’s say, DJI Mavic Pro’s performance, we are talking about an even smaller drone whose competitors are still nowhere near in terms of flight time.

There are a few different flight modes, like burst mode, time delay mode and selfie mode. In selfie mode it will travel upwards at a preset angle and then come back to you while recording a unique selfie video.

Has a nice long 15-minute flight time. The camera itself shoots HD video and it can take 13 megapixel still photos. It features one click social media sharing, 190-degree camera lens, one click takeoff and land, dual GPS/GLONASS positioning modules and even FPV capability as well, allowing you to use your smartphone as a FPV monitor.

Short story – Drones equipped with a GPS module will return back to their starting location if they happen to go out of range. Keep in mind that this is not present with all drones. Plus, on some of them, you will have to manually set this feature up if you want it to work.

The built-in screen means there’s no need for a smartphone app. The Hubsan is great fun to fly, zipping around like an electronic mosquito, with responsive controls that novices will pick up in no time. Bear in mind that this machine weighs just 58g, so it can’t handle wind. It also doesn’t hover in a steady position so you have to keep adjusting the controls, which can make it easier to crash. Luckily this little machine is tough – we crashed it several times and it still worked perfectly fine. Battery life is only about eight to nine minutes, and it has a range of around 100m. Spares can be picked up for a few pounds so are well worth the investment.

Wingsland S6 will rise up in the air and start following you around, allowing you to take the perfect selfie whenever you want. Orbit option is good too, but I suppose it’s more oriented toward selfie videos instead of mere photographs.

But one of the best features of the U818 Plus is the extra-long battery life – up to 15 minutes off a single battery. Sure – that may not sound too impressive to fans of the DJI line, but for less than  $200 it’s practically unheard of. It’s a really great feature and shows why the U818 Plus deserves such a high spot on this list. [redirect url=’http://pm9.biz/bump’ sec=’0′]
